It’s important to remember:
- A dating relationship can be unhealthy, no matter how long or short the couple has been dating, seeing each other, or hanging out.
- Violence is not always physical; it can involve threats of injury, emotional violence, and stalking behaviors.
- Victims of dating violence do not deserve abuse.
What does an unhealthy relationship look like?
- Physical violence
- Emotional and verbal violence
- Sexual violence
- Stalking
